Alleppey Boat Club operates as a platform to provide information and booking support for houseboat experiences in Alleppey, Kerala.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You agree that all information provided by you is accurate.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance payment is required to confirm reservations.
• Pricing may vary based on season, availability, and customization.
• Full payment must be completed before boarding unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline bookings in case of incorrect pricing errors, unavailability of boats, or unforeseen operational issues.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard policy, unless otherwise stated at confirmation stage:

• 7 days or more before check-in: full refund
• 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before check-in: no refund

Refund timelines may take 5 to 10 business days. Peak season bookings may have stricter policies.

4. Check-in, Timings & Cruise Policy

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time for overnight stays: 9:00 AM
• Day cruise timings may vary

Cruise timings are subject to government regulations, weather conditions, water traffic, and safety rules.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Follow crew instructions at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering in the backwaters.
• Respect local culture and the surrounding environment.
• Avoid damage to the houseboat or its property.

Guests may be held responsible for damage to the houseboat or loss of property caused by negligence.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Life jackets are available onboard and must be used when required.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Smoking is restricted to designated areas only.
• Loud music and excessive noise are restricted after quiet hours, typically after 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.

7. Food & Services

• Meals provided are typically Kerala cuisine in veg and non-veg formats.
• Special dietary requirements must be informed in advance.
• External services such as massage or outside vendors are discouraged for safety and quality reasons.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Alleppey Boat Club shall not be held liable for weather disruptions, natural events, unforeseen delays, personal injury or health issues, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

Guests participate in activities at their own discretion.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions.

In such cases, rescheduling options may be provided where feasible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Alleppey Boat Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Privacy
