Exterior Design and Structure

Traditional-Modern Fusion: The vessel features a classic black hull combined with a contemporary wooden multi-level structure and a thatched roof.

Observation Decks: It includes a spacious upper observation deck with stainless steel railings, ideal for panoramic views of the backwaters.

Safety Features: The front deck is equipped with lifebuoys and safety ropes, ensuring a secure environment for guests.

Interior Living Spaces

Lounge and Common Areas: The interior features light wood-grain flooring and a modern lounge with plush charcoal-coloured sofas. The lounge is accented with vibrant green artificial turf rugs and warm yellow textured walls with geometric patterns.

Expansive Dining Area: The lower deck houses a large dining hall with a long banquet table capable of seating approximately 10 to 12 guests. The hall is designed with curved, dark-wood ceiling beams and large windows for continuous scenic views.

Deluxe Bedrooms: The bedrooms are clean and minimalist, featuring large double beds with high-quality linens and tan-coloured comforters.

Full Climate Control: Each bedroom is equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units and independent electric fans for guest comfort.

Modern Bathrooms: En-suite facilities include modern white ceramic fixtures, pedestal sinks, and large mirrors, maintained to a high standard of cleanliness

Dinner	8:00 PM	Multi-Course Buffet: Soft Kerala Chapatis or Rice. Sides: Malabar Chicken Curry/ Chicken Roast, Creamy Dal Fry & Seasonal Vegetable Kurma, and Assorted Green Salad.
Breakfast	8:00 AM	Live Counter Style: Fluffy Idiyappam / Appam with Egg Roast or Creamy Vegetable Stew, or Malabar Puttu with Kadala Curry. Served alongside fresh fruits, toasted Bread with butter/jam, and tea/coffee.

Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the check-in date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled cruise or in the case of a no-show. In the event of extreme weather conditions or government-enforced cruise restrictions, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided.

Timing & Schedule

Overnight Cruise Timings:

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 09:00 AM (Following day)

Cruising Hours: As per government regulations, houseboats are permitted to cruise from 12:00 PM to 05:30 PM with a break for lunch. The boat will anchor safely by the banks for the night and complete a short morning cruise from 07:30 AM to 09:00 AM.

Day Cruise Timings:

Check-in: 11:00 AM / 11:30 AM | Check-out: 05:00 PM / 05:30 PM (Same day)

Cruising Hours: Continuous cruising throughout the day, stopping only for the anchor lunch break (approximately 1 hour)

Inclusions & Food Policy

Overnight Cruise Meals: Includes Welcome Drink, Traditional Lunch, Evening Tea/Snacks, Dinner, and Breakfast.

Day Cruise Meals: Includes Welcome Drink, Traditional Lunch, and Evening Tea/Snacks.

Menu Options: Both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options are prepared on-board by our private chef. Please notify us of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Air Conditioning (AC) Timings

Premium / Luxury Packages (Day Cruise & Overnight):

Full-Time AC: Air conditioning is fully operational and available 24/7 throughout the entire duration of the journey in both the glass lounge/dining areas and the bedrooms.

Deluxe Packages:

Day Cruise: No air conditioning is provided on board. Guests can enjoy the natural, refreshing breeze through the open-style layout of the decks and windows.

Overnight Stay: Air conditioning is operational exclusively in the bedrooms during the night from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM only. No AC is provided in the common lounge or dining areas

Large Vessels & Double-Decker Houseboats (Above 3 Bedrooms with Upper Deck Hall):

Alternating AC Policy: For large-capacity vessels featuring an upper-deck hall, the air conditioning operates on an alternating system depending on the vehicle's generator capacity. AC will be available either in the main hall or in the bedrooms at a time.

Typically, the AC will cool the upper deck hall during daytime dining/conference hours and will be switched over to the bedrooms for nighttime comfort.

House Rules & Safety Guidelines

Safety First: Life jackets are provided on board. Please follow the captain and crew instructions at all times. Swimming in the backwaters without supervision is strictly prohibited.

Eco-Friendly Cruise: We respect nature. The disposal of plastics, bottles, or trash into the water is strictly prohibited.

Identification: All guests (including international travellers) must present a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon boarding.

Capacity Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed on board for Day Cruises and Overnight stays must strictly adhere to the capacity agreed upon during booking. Extra charges apply for additional guests.
