What are the usual timings for a day cruise?
Most day cruises check in around late morning and cruise until early evening. Exact reporting, lunch, cruising, and checkout timings can vary slightly by route, season, and operator confirmation.
Do you offer evening check-in and overnight stays?
Yes. We offer evening check-in stays that start in the evening and checkout the next morning, along with private overnight and sharing room stays. Final timing and room availability are confirmed before booking.
What is the difference between Deluxe, Premium, and Luxury houseboats?
Deluxe is value-focused with essential comfort and often bedroom AC at night only. Premium offers better interiors, longer AC hours, and stronger overall finish. Luxury is the most polished option with better common areas, dining, and experience quality.
What is usually included in the price?
Most packages include the cruise or stay, crew service, standard meals, tea or snacks, and the room or full boat according to your booking type. Exact inclusions are always reconfirmed before payment.
What is usually excluded or charged extra?
Transport to the boarding point, special decoration, premium seafood, celebration add-ons, sightseeing outside the standard route, and extra adult or child occupancy may be charged separately. We confirm these clearly before booking.
How do payment and confirmation work?
The current process is enquiry first. We confirm availability and final pricing with the operator, then share the confirmed quote with you. Your booking is secured after advance payment as per the agreed terms.
